The Maryland Centers for Creative Classrooms (MC3) is a professional development program administered by Arts Education in Maryland Schools (AEMS) and supported by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC).
Participants develop skills, knowledge, and dispositions needed to lead quality arts-based instruction for 21st century learners. The program engages Arts Educators, Classroom Teachers, and Community Teaching Artists.
